E-Signing with DocuSign

GOAL

Redesign entire product suite including electronic sending and signing workflow, DocuSign ID card, dashboards, address book, account settings page, advanced and global search, feedback forms and forums, other internal and partner brand-able applications.

As a first step, I audited the design proposal made by a design consultancy firm. The proposal addressed some fundamental issues but fell short of DocuSign's UX goals of introducing innovation and simplifying workflow.

Audited the website to discover all scenarios with inaccurate/absence of availability information

Defined UX goals and requirements documents for each workflow and sections by working with customer service and product management

Defined personas and top customer requests by conducting interviews with 13 corporate customers and 9 internal stakeholders

Created wireframes using MS Visio based on identified requirements and user feedback
